Rally Software Names Jim Lejeal As Chief Financial Officer
Leading SaaS provider of Agile lifecycle management solutions continues to grow by adding more strength to management team
BOULDER, Colo., September 8, 2008 - Rally Software Development Corp.®, the #1 partner for Agile success through its family of products, coaching and community support, today named Jim Lejeal, chief financial officer. In this role, Jim will be responsible for all financial operations as the company continues on its path toward future growth and profitability.

A successful entrepreneur, Jim has founded and managed multiple companies, including a private equity firm and several software and technology companies. In addition, Jim is not a stranger to the software or Software as a Service (SaaS) industries. Most recently, Jim was co-founder, chairman and CEO of Oxlo, a company that operates the leading Automotive Retail Integration Network, which is based on a hosted SaaS solution. Prior to founding Oxlo, Jim ran Lejeal Investments, an angel investment entity located in Louisville, CO, where he co-invested with local venture capital firms in 14 venture backed startups.
Prior to Lejeal Investments, Jim was a co-founder of Raindance Communications, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: RNDC) where he held the positions of COO and CFO. He successfully led fundraising efforts, raising $170 million in capital, culminating in Raindance Communications' IPO. At Raindance Communications, Jim also led operations, customer support, sales, marketing and finance efforts. At the time of Jim's departure, Raindance Communications had over 400 employees and annualized revenues in excess of $40 million. Prior to founding Raindance Communications, Jim was co-owner of Link-VTC, a Boulder-based video conferencing company that was acquired by Global Crossing. Jim has an MBA from Loyola-Marymount University and is a Distinguished Graduate from the US Air Force Academy.
